CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This cancellation and refund policy read together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between Ctruh Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company duly incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (herein referred to as “CTRUH”, “Company”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”) and the end user (“You”, “User”, “Your”) with respect to Your use of Our Platform and Services. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
- CANCELLATION
- We follow a transparent cancellation policy for Our Users. In case You wish to cancel the use of Services available on Our Platform, You must raise a request for the same via email at contact@ctruh.com. Your cancellation request shall be sent to Our respective department. Our team will carefully inspect the cancellation request made by you along with the reason thereof. Based on the findings, We may proceed with the refund.
- It is hereby clarified that only such cancellation requests shall be taken into consideration by the Company which are raised within 15 (fifteen) days of availing the services. Any cancellation request(s) beyond this time period shall not be eligible for refunds.
- REFUND
- In case Your cancellation/refund request is approved by the Company, the amount paid by You shall be refunded through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India. Refunds may be supported for selected banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, You will be required to share alternate bank account details with Us for processing the refund.
- Please further note that You shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and We and/or any third-party payment gateway used by Us shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided to by You.
- CTRUH shall not be liable for any refunds that do not complete because: (a) You have not provided Us with correct Payment Details; (b) Your payment card has expired; or (c) circumstances beyond the Our control (such as, but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or any other interference from an outside force) prevent the execution of the transaction.
We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Agreement so please review it frequently. We will endeavour to inform You of any changes incorporated in this Agreement that are significant (in Our opinion), however, You are requested to regularly visit and review this page.
